Business Development Senior Executive

Global long-standing company looking for BD candidate who can build SG Market in Real Estate, Architecture, Design & Build.

Our client is a large global long-standing company that has gone through an excellent rebranding to expand itself into complementary business lines that cater to the new market and make it a competitive and key player. This business line is focused on in the Real Estate space in HK and are looking for a motivated person to develop the market through leveraging its excellent network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients, leveraging the group network.
• Generate leads by market research, identify and secure meetings with prospective client decision makers and company directors.
• Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and deliver high quality proposal documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences (live or virtual) and provide feedback on market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/management, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the Construction, Design, Architecture, or related project management fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong time management and organisation skills with problem solving ability.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to be a self-starter, the ability to move things along independently is important.
