They have great rates and are strategically located at Bugis Junction. They also sometimes have small denominations, and the banknotes are in very good shape. It is a highly recommended money changer.

If only I could leave a negative review! The guy inside was chatting happily on his phone, even though I was clearly standing in front of the counter. I waved and said "hello" to get his attention, but he blatantly ignored me and carried on with his conversation. Never have I encountered such RUDE attitude from the service/FI industry! What a horrible staff you have! Smh

Great experience at this money changer. A little bit difficult to find, but it is next to the Spectacle Hut and the escalator. Most importantly, they give competitive rates. Give these guys a go. We had a very pleasant experience with lovely customer service. Highly recommend.

Uncle is super nice and friendly. The transaction was fuss-free. That day, the chart online showed SGD 1 : MYR 3.2. This money changer offered SGD 1 : MYR 3.19, which was really not bad. I only changed $100 at that rate. Perhaps if you changed more, you might get an even better rate. Many other money changers offered much lower rates than this place. I checked on cashchanger.co and was disappointed, so it was a pleasant surprise when I saw that this money changer offered 3.19. This money changer is in Bugis Junction. It's almost hidden, so you cannot find it easily, but if you find Spectacle Hut, you will find it beside the escalator. Also, a quick note: Uncle does not take PayNow like those money changers at the Raffles Place area. He only accepts cash, and there are plenty of ATMs in the basement. There's also one OCBC ATM on the 2nd floor.

I was hunting for a good rate and came across them at Bugis Junction. Their rates are better than many others. I had a chat with the uncle and found out he has been in business since 1995, with over 30 years of experience. Good service. Will visit again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went there, and this old man was on the phone. He walked over and stood near the counter, still on the phone. The counter had tiny tissue bits, and he used his finger to flick the paper bits towards me, then continued using his phone as if I'm transparent. Please go to the MRT area to change money before coming to this shop.
