Understaffed. Only 1 guy, Gavin was there to assist. He was going between the Acer and Lenovo stores that were opposite each. However, he worked really hard to explain everything clearly and kept his speedy and friendly attitude. He knew the products well and was also extremely patient answering all my questions. I eventually bought a laptop as he made it so easy! He even help me set up and provided clear instructions on how to register for the warranty. All done in 15 mins. 👍👍👍
