On 12 September 2022, I suddenly **felt** like buying a gaming laptop as my old one **kept failing** me. I did a quick price check and **checked stock availability** online. On 13 September 2022, Tuesday, I went to the shop with very little **knowledge** about what I **was going to buy in a** gaming laptop. However, when I **got** into the shop, the service given **was** more than what I **expected**. Lavindra and Rachael **explained** all my doubts patiently and **waited for** me to check the product with my family members **over the phone**. Finally, I’ve made my decision to buy a laptop. **Checks were** done so that I **was** worry-free to bring the laptop **home**.

Great store. Great products. I had to buy a medium-spec laptop, 13 or 14 inches, with decent specs. Dave was very helpful and helped me get the right one, with the perfect Windows version on top of it. The store is great, and my overall experience was a 10/10.
