A super small shop with limited style selection. Price is much higher compared to online purchases. Not worth a visit at all.

The lady working here is super nice and helpful; I had a very pleasant experience trying on some sneakers and buying them at a better price than online stores.

Waited for the staff to finish chitchatting with customers, even though another staff member was free but did not assist. I requested the Chinese staff with short hair and glasses, but after 10 minutes, they still hadn't moved. I was so disappointed.

Friday, May 16, 2025 After searching for shoes with heat-resistant materials like suede, leather, and cotton canvas at seven different stores, I visited the Converse store at Bugis Junction. A knowledgeable sales associate with a tan complexion assisted me in finding a canvas shoe with arch support and cushioning that would pair well with high-waisted pants and be suitable for work. I was so impressed with his expertise that I ended up buying two pairs instead of one. The service I received during my visit was excellent. FYI, he is a part-time staff member. I hope the company will give him a small gift or a new shoe, perhaps, for his knowledge, skills, and service. You should be proud to have this kind of staff! ❤️
