Lousy Delivery Service. I ordered on Feb 4th, intending to wear it for the first day of Chinese New Year. As of today, Feb 18th, I have not yet received it, and an email was sent to me asking for my review. So I'm leaving this 1-star review for not even receiving my clothes.

I used to patronise this retail shop at Bugis Junction since before 2019. I was even issued with a privilege card. I liked the T-shirts with meaningful words and good quality. I have been buying from them all these years, even buying more to keep. However, recently, when I washed a T-shirt bought in 2021 before wearing it, the armpit area on both sides ripped off at the threaded joints. I've never had this experience in my life. I had another T-shirt, bought on the same bill, that was still in good condition. It was definitely a product defect of that particular T-shirt. I went back to the shop without high expectations of a replacement. The long-time salesperson denied any product defects and claimed that I had kept it for too long. There is nothing she can do. I will never patronise this shop anymore.

The younger auntie is really having menopause? If you don't have stock, just kindly let me know. No need to make stupid and cheapskate comments. Hello? What's wrong with you?

I've been buying my men's short-sleeve shirts from them for nearly 10 years, for as long as they've been at Bugis Junction. They consistently offer the same cool style, quality, and experience. Their shirt designs are well-suited for Singaporean men like myself. This is a rare gem, as it caters to a small-to-medium-sized Singaporean fit. The current market simply sells oversized shirts for men, but not here. Explorer Authentic's designs are also very chic and stylish. This boutique is my go-to for buying short-sleeve shirts. Highly recommended for small-to-medium-sized guys like myself, or men who prefer wearing tight-fitting shirts.
P.S. The low reviews here don't do justice to Explorer Authentic. I've been buying from them for years and haven't experienced the negative issues mentioned. As a reader of these bad reviews, you might consider whether they are truly genuine or partially made up by the complainers. For example, I've read about quality or late delivery issues here; however, there's no proof or receipts to substantiate these claims. It sounds more like a competitor trying to smear Explorer Authentic instead.
