I came to this branch to get some tonics for my uncle. Ms. Seow Foi Choo demonstrated great customer service and was very caring towards me. When I asked about types of honey, she was very patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything very clearly to me. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Very good service from both staff in this branch. Great advice and attentive to customers. Signed up as a member in my birthday month. Will come back to purchase more in the future. Thanks 😊

Came here on a Monday afternoon to get confinement items. Both staff (sorry I didn't catch their names) were super helpful and nice. I was also very grateful that they offered me a seat as I'm heavily pregnant. Thank you ladies for the great service! :)

The address listed as #03 is wrong! It’s not on the third floor; it’s on B1. I took 15 minutes to look for the shop. I bought some bird's nest and told the shopkeeper that the address was wrong, but she told me her management doesn't care. I am giving this 1-star review for wasting my time going up and down in the mall with my toddlers!
