I came to this branch to get some tonics for my uncle. Ms. Seow Foi Choo demonstrated great customer service and was very caring towards me. When I asked about types of honey, she was very patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything very clearly to me. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you once again to Ms. Seow!

Very good service from both staff in this branch. Great advice and attentive to customers. Signed up as a member in my birthday month. Will come back to purchase more in the future. Thanks 😊

Came here on a Monday afternoon to get confinement items. Both staff (sorry I didn't catch their names) were super helpful and nice. I was also very grateful that they offered me a seat as I'm heavily pregnant. Thank you ladies for the great service! :)

The address listed as #03 is wrong! It’s not on the third floor; it’s on B1. I took 15 minutes to look for the shop. I bought some bird's nest and told the shopkeeper that the address was wrong, but she told me her management doesn't care. I am giving this 1-star review for wasting my time going up and down in the mall with my toddlers!
