Extremely rude staff, unhelpful, unfriendly and need to tone down their attitude. If you still want to go there and put up with terrible customer service, make sure you bring cash to pay with! As I didn't have cash they rolled their eyes and said "cash or leave". I noticed they had a sign for Grab Pay, I asked if I could pay that way as I have Grab Pay but had never paid anyone with it before, I simply asked how do I pay them, I had money on there ready to go and everything, but the only response I got was another eye roll and shrugged shoulders. In the end I worked out how to use it and got my bread! After all that the bread tasted like it had been sitting there for days and was dry and flavourless. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The plate seems to very unhygienic. It was all wet. Had to clean with own tissue before selecting bread. Believed they were clean behind the counter as you can see the pile of towels there. Imagine your bread soaking up on the very plate. Yeeew!
Four Leaves please rectify your plate cleaning process. Thanks.

Sweet but good to buy at affordable price.
Liked that I can see the memo of the best selling items on the shelf.

Was a huge fan of four leaves’ chocolate croissants. Just realised that they are also playing the shrinking game now. They used to coat the entire top part of the croissants with chocolate and sell for 1.60. Now they charge 1.80 and reduced the chocolate coating by 40%. At this rate, it is better to buy from breadtalk which charges 2.00 for a fully coated one, with icing as well. Shameful move

Good selection of breads and pastries. Unfortunately, they looked better than they tasted.

Bread are not too bad, kind of similar with bread top, the fairy pork floss are OK, just like a bread with toppings on it.

Their new items bread rolls as tagged mozzarella + egg fillings inside the rolls was disappointing as I could not find any mozzarella fillings on last Sunday as shown with the photo attached herewith.

I think staff should be more attentive and ensure that customer use a tong to take the bread instead of using bare hands. And that disgusting customer already use his hands to pick the bread and he end up putting the bread back to the shelf. So I just walk out without buying.

The staff ‘s attitude was very bad. This is a terrible experience that i dont want to think about. I paid for cake, but they didnt agree, the money was lost. And i didnt have the cake. I showed bill but they didnt care and respect

I would like to comment on the trays provided by Four Leaves. The trays should be be place down and not up to prevent dirt and sometimes people stand near where the trays are and talk, imagine the spits come out from the mouth. You all should follow Bread Talk where they place their trays facing down for hygiene purpose.

When I made payment at Bugis outlet, I told the aunty I need split the bill for my 4 breads, the stupid aunty said then you have to Q again and make payment again! OMG, how stupid the rule was! I can’t imagine it happened in Singapore, and Singaporean can have a such stupid rule!

I was there during lunchtime peak hour, and was served by experienced and efficient cashiers. The breads and cakes are quite tasty, especially the chocolate cakes like Black Forest and Coco Exotic!

I am a great fan of four leaves chocolate cakes. Visited the bakery to get a cake and saw that they had this interesting looking chocolate banana cake.
The four leaves outlet in Bugis has a variety of bread options and the staff are efficient on their service. We got the chocolate banana cake as it has an edible banana decoration on top. The taste of the cake is great too! The banana flavour is quite fragrant too!

Good variety here (But the all time favorite of croissant hotdogs are not available at this branch). One plus point I observe about this branch is that they probably pay extra attention to cleanliness. The trays are actually placed upside down, instead of the usual facing up. This would probably reduce the chances of dust and other particles on the tray directly. 👍
