The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, and very accommodating. They have a wide range of Casio watches, including the MT-G range.

Very professional and helpful staff. Even though they didn't have the new stock, they tried to get it from another outlet at the last minute. Finally, I was able to get the new MTG-B1000BD-1A as my New Year's gift.

Eugene, I'm not sure if I have the name correct, as it was a lady who served me. She was very good and kind to help me with my Oceanus, even though I didn't get it from the shop. Kudos to the staff! 👍🏻

We went to buy a watch we had pre-decided on, but since it was only available online, we started looking through the store's collection. Staff was very friendly and showed us the collection. We ended up choosing one from their premium collection. Nice collection.

I went in on Jan 8th at about 4:53 PM. The staff didn't greet, but continued sitting on her chair, looking at her phone. What the heck!!!

Excellent service from Stella and Wei Sheng (I hope I spelled that correctly!). I was looking for a specific model, and when they didn't have it in stock, they actually offered to retrieve it from another branch so that I didn't have to! Really providing the extra mile in service! Loved the purchase as I really needed a watch and got exactly the one I wanted! Thank you so much!
