The old lady promoter is rude and didn't even serve us when we asked for an item that we were interested in. And when we asked about the promotion, she just pointed at the 50% promo card and said in a rude way.

I have never seen staff more uninterested in assisting customers. Two staff members were busy with each other rather than focusing on customers. I walked out immediately, even though I had gone there intending to buy something. Horrible!

I just called Bugis. A confused staff member, Katherine, kept saying 'thank you' without resolving the matter. The item was bought on 29/1 and broke on 11/2.

I was there on December 28, 2020, a Saturday afternoon, at the Bugis Outlet. Great deals and promotions were introduced by a friendly staff named Catherine. Catherine was very attentive, although the shop was crowded due to Black Friday. I decided to spend a couple of hundred instead of just a t-shirt. A HUGE thanks to Catherine again! 🥰
