Terrible customer service, emailed their website and no response for a week. No sense of responsibility, bought something, went home and exchanged it without wearing it, the price tag was still there, they would not accept an exchange for something else even though I wanted to restock, clearly it was a product issue.

Terrible customer service. I emailed them through their website and received no response for a week. They showed no sense of responsibility. I bought an item, went home, and then attempted to exchange it. The item was unworn, and the price tag was still attached. However, they would not accept an exchange for a different item, even though I wanted to select something else from their stock. Clearly, this was a product issue.
