I got lucky. I was served by a friendly auntie and another young lady tending to the waffles yesterday (21/04/2024). Shopee redemption was seamless. One star deducted because the waffles got pretty hard after they had cooled. So eat them while they're hot!

Extra quantities are mostly made of the original type. Easy app redemption.
Pandan tastes the same as the original type. If purchasing at $4.10 versus the Original, then it's not worth it. On Shopee for less than $1, no complaint.
Eat fresh on the spot so it will still be crispy; otherwise, it will become soft and chewy.

Rude middle-aged woman. If you are not happy to accept Shopee vouchers, don't work in this shop. Impatient and showed a black face to customers. Will never patronize this outlet again.

Very rude. The egglet was spoilt, and they had the cheek to tell me to explicitly ask for a freshly cooked egglet before ordering. Very bad experience.

The shop is located at Level B1, between the supermarket and the escalator. Service is straightforward. Order, pay, wait, collect, and enjoy. They are selling egglets, guys; we don't need 5-star hotel service or a smile. The egglet was nice. Please note, it has to be consumed while warm. Consuming it later will make the egglet not crispy. There is a promotion on the ShopBack app. Recommended!

I should have read reviews before buying from this shop. After I bought, the lady put the receipt with a peg on the table, and I thought it was for me to hold onto. Then she shouted at me, telling me not to grab it from the table. How was I supposed to know which number I was on? Afterwards, I saw her give a receipt with a number to other customers. Then I wondered where my receipt was. Why did she yell at me when it was her fault for not giving me a receipt?

The taste isn't bad. But the staff wasn't friendly; she displayed a bad attitude while serving customers during the 20 minutes I waited there. I was standing while waiting for my order. In fact, it took a long time for the order to be completed.

The chocolate egglet I got was not freshly made upon order. It was already made beforehand, so it was kinda cold and lost its crispiness. Compared to other outlets, they are freshly made on the spot upon order.

Came for the Hong Kong Egglet (Bugis **Junction** branch), stayed for the attitude. The **middle-aged** lady **was** so rude and impatient, I almost felt like I should apologize for being a customer. If you enjoy being treated like a nuisance, this place is a hidden gem.

I normally love buying egglets whenever I chance upon any, but this store, in particular, has the worst service staff. Feels like you are offending her when she takes your order. But I think she’s the business owner. Then it all makes sense.
