I used to think Iora was for aunties to shop at. But surprisingly, their clothes have been rather simple and not too old-fashioned in recent years. They are now one of my favorite places to shop, especially for work dresses. I came on Saturday afternoon, and this outlet was so crowded and busy. But the staff were very cheerful and friendly. And it was every single staff member. They were helping everyone and tried their best to attend to all customers. It was the first time I've seen such attentive shop staff. Thank you!!

First, I'd like to say thank you so much to all the staff at Iora Bugis Junction for their friendliness and help. Really made my day. I'm their loyal customer for a long time, although I don't have the membership. I need to go to their shop to try on; I seldom buy online. I like their design and material. I will come again and again for sure!

Loved the collections of IORA at Bugis Junction mall. I am a Pro Member of IORA, and this outlet had very good collections, including bigger sizes. Loved the service of Wen Pei, Poh Chin, and Sung Yong. Definitely recommend this outlet.
