Maybe the CNY period has made the saleswoman here stressed; she stopped me from choosing clothes in the store as everything there was "only S and XS size" which would "definitely" not fit me. 🙄🤨 Clothing designs are nice, but if you're only catering to XS-S size, kindly display this outside your store so that people larger than S size know not to step inside.

Their clothes usually sell out very fast and are very popular, especially their Sanrio/Disney series. I feel that their designs were much nicer in the past compared to now. Their clothes are also much more expensive compared to many other shops.

Don’t buy anything from here.
They don’t have care labels on their clothes. What does this mean? You don’t know the composition of what you are buying.
In addition, they advertise their clothes as a cotton-polyester mix, but they are almost 100% polyester.
This brand is cheating consumers and should be reported.

Please avoid entering L'zzie Bugis outlet, as I had a very bad experience. Two staff members were busy gossiping and even showed black faces to customers. Please train your staff well. Sucks.

Service was friendly, though the newcomers seem less knowledgeable than the staff who have been there for longer. They even wrapped the clothes nicely after we bought them.

I went to L’zzie earlier at 1700. While I was trying on clothes, a stranger (a lady) suddenly opened my curtain. I was in shock! I quickly put on my attire, and she kept apologizing to me. I was angry. Where were the two sales ladies who were working in the shop? Why weren't they outside the changing room? The shop was not busy, yet they were not ensuring the privacy of their customers. Can you imagine if it were a male customer; it would have turned out very ugly. Aren't the staff supposed to prevent such an incident from happening? After I came out of the room in shock, the supervisor just said thank you and pretended that nothing had happened. She didn't even apologize despite hearing the stranger apologizing profusely to me. I demand an explanation and wonder if I can make a police report. I have been patronizing the shop for as long as I can recall, but their service is not getting any better. I would appreciate a call from the management or an investigation to be carried out to ensure such an incident would not happen again, and perhaps an apology at least.

If you know your clothing size, it will be so much more convenient to shop online. Delivery takes 2 days max, and I have been buying from this shop for many years. I'm satisfied with the quality, especially the 'buy 2, get 1 free' offer on tops, which makes the overall purchase more worthwhile!
