Nice and friendly staff! I brought 3 pairs of jeans, and one of them needed customizing. They even helped us send it to the nearest outlet near our house.

Chanced upon their 1-for-1 offer and decided to get a pair. It's so worth it! They didn't have the size I wanted, but nonetheless I got one a size bigger and left. So when I got back to the office, I accidentally threw the receipt away! I called up the Raffles City branch to check for the size, but they didn't have it either. However, City Sq Mall had it. They also told me they don't do reprinting of receipts. I called up Bugis again, and a staff member named Wong said he was able to help print a note and sign it for my exchange at City Sq!!! Awesome customer service!!☆☆☆☆☆

It was at the Bugis outlet on Level 1. I went to the shop and browsed around. I received good customer service from a lady named Marciel Carreon. She had a nice personality and a warm smile. She was very helpful in recommending the jeans, and I bought them as I felt comfortable after trying them. Thanks, Marciel, for making my shopping trip a happy experience. 🙂

Purchased a 300-dollar pair of jeans here 2 days ago and tried to return them due to wrong sizing, but the return was disapproved because of a vague policy regarding how worn the item was. I literally purchased these jeans 2 days ago, and the size that the store reps recommended was not the right size. Very bad customer service at this store, and no empathy from the store managers.

It seems like Levi's items no longer fit me well. I tried three items, and unfortunately, they either didn't fit me well or didn't look good on me. The staff gave me a rude 'uh-huh' when I told her, 'Sorry, it doesn't fit me.' First of all, I apologised for wasting your time. Secondly, this is the second time a Levi's staff member showed such a sassy attitude. I will no longer give Levi's a chance.
