My favorite snack in MUJI. These soy sauce-flavoured fried crackers are not too salty and have a perfect amount of soy taste. They cost $2.30 per packet, but they can be difficult to bite if you don't have strong teeth.

Nayli Nadyra is great. She helped me on two separate occasions, with clothes and a pen. Jul and Aug 2025.

Went during the weekend opening sale. It was super crowded. Managed to snag some clothes. It was worth it. The quality of their products is really what I go to Muji for. Also received a free iron-on patch as part of their opening special.

I visited MUJI at Bugis Junction a few weeks ago, and I must say the customer service exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to a wonderful staff member named Marlina. From the moment I stepped into the store, Marlina greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my visit. Whether I had questions about product availability, sizing, or recommendations, she assisted me with professionalism and care. What truly stood out was her calm and respectful demeanor. She made me feel heard and valued as a customer. It’s rare these days to find service that feels both sincere and efficient, but Marlina delivered just that. She is a true credit to the MUJI brand, and my shopping experience was all the more enjoyable because of her. Thank you, Marlina, and thank you, MUJI Bugis, for upholding such high standards of customer care. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Singapore.

I am a tourist visiting Singapore. I visited the store on 2 July at Bugis Junction and was pleasantly surprised by a staff member who was very helpful. He was also polite and friendly. I am happy and proud that he is a good representative of a global brand that I frequently shop at when I am back home in Japan. I managed to get his name. If I am not mistaken, his name starts with Shahrul or Sharul. His name is quite long. He was wearing all black and spectacles. Please thank him on my behalf for his wonderful service.

After queuing for so long, the cashier told us the internet was down and only cash or cashback payments were accepted. Why didn't the staff inform the people in the queue so as not to waste our time queuing if we didn't have enough cash for the payment? The cashier (an old lady with specs) was also unfriendly and and had an impatient tone. This was not helpful to the situation!

Classic, sleek, neat, and very Japanese designs are found on clothes, food, tidbits, household wares, footwear, bags, and both office and school supplies. I found the designs simple, elegant, and purposeful; however, they were a bit pricey. They have everything you need for daily grooming and food.

Special thanks to Hedda Chong - you made my day. I had a fantastic experience today thanks to Hedda, a staff member who usually works in the e-commerce department. Even though she was only helping out in-store during the opening days, her service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. It’s clear she truly cares about customers, and she made my visit so pleasant. Huge thanks to her and the team!

Muji needs no introduction. Items are now on sale before the renovation. Don't miss it.

This seems like a larger MUJI store. The clothing colors and design sensibility at MUJI are elegant and clean. I like the way the fabrics drape over my body. I specifically like them even more when they go on sale. I like the ease of trying the clothes out before buying. Some of their household kitchen items are fun too.
