I had a delicious, fantastic meal at Nando’s Bugis Junction! The chicken was grilled to perfection, juicy, and packed with flavor. The side of grilled veggies was fresh and well-seasoned, making for a great balance with the meal.
The restaurant was clean, and the food arrived quickly despite it being a busy time. Definitely a must-visit for anyone craving some delicious flame-grilled chicken in Singapore!
Highly recommended – will be back again for sure! 🔥🍗😊

Our go-to Nando’s branch. The Bugis outlet never disappoints—friendly staff, quick service, and the food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful.
We love the welcoming vibe here, and it’s become our favorite spot for a satisfying peri-peri fix. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

The portion is quite small for the price. The soup contains only tiny bits of mushrooms and tastes more like starchy water.

The three of us had the two-piece thigh and the meal for two. The chicken and all the sides tasted good. The meal for two comes with two free-flow drinks, so we needed to pay extra for another drink.
The staff were friendly and provided pretty fast service.

Oh dear, not a great experience. So, the service at night is atrocious. They don't serve you and keep you waiting by the door, even though there are clearly tables.
They seem to be understaffed, as the one cleaning the tables also seemed to be the one dealing with customers. This one in question did not know the meaning of haste. Perhaps she had been used to other forms of cleaning, or perhaps just a lack of training or desire to keep her job. Either way, very poor service.
Ordered the boneless thigh with 3 pots of perenaise sauce, wedges, and chips. Chips were cold. Thighs were ok. Wedges were ok. 3 pots were actually 2.1 pots (see attached picture). They just don't care about service.
Overall, only go here if you can't have Nando's in your home country, and even then, it's a stretch.

Nando's Bugis Junction – Where Chickens Go on a Diet Before Serving
We went to Nando's at Bugis Junction with stomachs rumbling and expectations high, hoping for a hearty, soul-warming meal. After all, when you’re forking out $16.30 for boneless chicken thighs, you’d expect at least, well… a decent amount of chicken. Right?
What arrived at the table looked like something you’d find hiding behind the lettuce in a sad school lunchbox. The so-called "chicken thighs" could’ve passed for chicken thoughts—small, fleeting, and barely there. Blink and you might miss them. Or maybe that was the point: a culinary magic trick. Now you see it, now you're still hungry.
Let’s be clear. For $16.30, I wasn’t expecting a whole farmyard experience, but I also wasn’t expecting appetizers for ants. Honestly, I’ve had more meat fall off a KFC drumstick I dropped on the floor.
The photos speak for themselves, but just to paint the picture: imagine paying steakhouse prices and receiving a snack-sized portion that would leave even a toddler asking, “Is that all?” At this point, I’d have had a more fulfilling experience (emotionally and nutritionally) at a fast food chain—and still walked away with change for dessert.
In conclusion: if you're looking to pay premium prices for portion sizes that would make a hamster complain, Nando's Bugis Junction is your spot. Otherwise, save your dollars and your dignity. You deserve a meal, not a mystery.

It's very delicious, though slightly pricey (for a student). I enjoyed the sweet potato fries a lot (not pictured). It's a nice place to share a meal with friends and/or family!

Nando’s at Bugis Junction is a great spot if you’re craving flavorful flame-grilled chicken with a spicy kick! 🍗🔥 Their PERi-PERi chicken is always juicy, tender, and grilled to perfection. You can choose your preferred spice level – from the mild Lemon & Herb 🍋🌿 to the fiery Extra Hot 🌶️ – so there’s something for everyone.
The set meals offer great value, especially the 1/4 or 1/2 chicken combos with two sides 🍽️. I personally love pairing mine with Mediterranean rice 🍚 and grilled veggies 🥦. They also offer PERi-PERi bowls, wraps, and burgers if you’re looking for something different – all customizable and packed with flavor 😋.
The ambiance is cozy and casual, great for a chill lunch or dinner 🪑🕯️. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours ⏳, but the staff are generally friendly and helpful 😊. It’s usually less crowded during off-peak times, so that’s the best time to go for a smoother experience 🕰️.
If you love bold flavors and don’t mind a little heat, Nando’s is definitely worth checking out! ✅ Bonus points for being conveniently located right in Bugis Junction – perfect for a meal after shopping or exploring the area 🛍️🚶♂️.

Lunch for 3 of us
First time eating at this branch.
Layout and ambiance were okay. Cleanliness was good. It was a workday, so it wasn't too crowded.
Service was attentive and prompt. Even though all orders were placed using apps, they still helped with questions.
Food and drinks:
- The Galao was nice, especially if you are looking for something non-sugary.
- The new menu Honey Thigh Chicken Bowl was also very nice. It had an adequate portion with good side add-ons.
- The sweet potato fries were just too yummy; you couldn't stop once you started.
Overall, it was very nice and a good option if you are hungry at Bugis Junction Mall.
