Went to the store yesterday. LFC products are good. Very nearly placed. Only the staffs are abit unfriendly. Don't want to greet customers at least smile at them. (Maybe the staffs are not Liverpool fans 🙃.) …

Jun 2021…as i came here almost every two months…there is bound to be something that we will definitely get…somehow i feel the attitude of the filipino sales girl must improve…the cashier n the other guys r good…just my two cents of worth…
Few months ago…Not bad actually...came here fortnightly already but they have new designs by then...about customer service its the same everywhere actually...one or two look a little “unfriendly” but i if u show a friendly attitude and be humble...they are willing to help with a smile and of course if you are a LFC supporters...it does not matters right...YNWA..its been decades man...and their presence do make a difference...I came here twice and yet I still bought something...bear in mind some of the shirts are specific to this store only unless you are at Anfield 😬...we have minamino...Van dijk...Gini...custom made shirt...lai lai...

But this store is just ATROCIOUS. I came here a couple of times and every-time they say the things I want is out of stock. And what’s frustrating is the staff just say go online to buy.
No shit genius. It’s called SHOPPING. So what’s the point of have a store if everything is out of stock in store. Why is there even a retail store?
Let’s not even start on the attitude of some of the staffs here. Just Horrible.
