Awesome soft serve!
This is kind of like a takeaway counter and only has 2 tables for sit downs. Service was very prompt and I tried their new soft serve which has dark chocolate and chocolate chips and chocolate shavings. The soft serve was really good and it did not melt as fast as most soft serves usually does which is good as I am not a very fast eater. The cone was very crispy and tastes fresh.
Only downside was the table cleanliness. As the staff are inside behind the counter, they won’t realize that customers just left their leftover ice cream cups or tissues on the tables and are not as prompt to clean it up. I do think that there has to be some social responsibility of customers to just pick up the items and hand it to the staff to get them to assist to trash it as there isn’t any available public bin close by. Or maybe the shop can request for customers to pass the trash to them to throw so that the next customers can sit at a cleaner table.

Cozy small space to rest or have a break at bugis junction. Counter staff is helpful, breeze and friendly. Godiva drinks have been my favourite, not cold enough this time. But quality maintained.

Godiva, as always, renowned for its delectable ice cream, has introduced a new and delightful chocolate and pistachio flavor. They consistently offer promotions, such as one for one, during weekends, making it a worthwhile buy to try .

Happen to pass by and chance upon the 1 for 1 deal. I always find that godiva choco lack the God! Diva! oomph, but the service by the staff is great. Not sure why but when eating it, mcdonalds sundae ice cream keep on popping into mind. Good to try when there is promo, but I wouldn’t crave for it.

First time trying the Godiva waffle Ice cream . We order white chocolate . Oh my! It is so sweet . Sweet-tooth lover will sure love this ! On healthier side , would suggest Godiva to have lesser sugar options for those health conscious diner ! An overall a good experience.

Strolling past the Godiva Chocolatier at Bugis Junction, we couldn't resist the temptation to try their ice cream. We've always been fans of their chocolate cone ice cream for its richness and quality—it's definitely not "Gillette" (it tastes amazing!).
Today, we opted to sample the Strawberry Dark Chocolate Twist Soft Serve, and it did not disappoint. The blend of flavors was exquisite, offering a refreshing and indulgent experience. Godiva's ice cream consistently exceeds our expectations, and we highly recommend it to fellow chocolate ice cream enthusiasts.
While there have been mixed reviews regarding the service at this outlet, our visit today with us was satisfactory. Personally, we found the service to be acceptable. Our review focuses on the exceptional quality of their ice cream and the inviting ambience of the place, as we found the service to be adequate. We choose to award them a 5-star rating based on these factors.

I was craving something sweet and decided to treat myself to some Godiva ice cream. As I walked past the Godiva Chocolatier at Bugis Junction, the urge to try their ice cream was irresistible. I've always loved their chocolate cone ice cream; it's rich, well-made, and definitely not "Gillette" (I think it tastes good!).
Today, I decided to try the dark chocolate strawberry flavor, and it was just as delicious as I expected. It's a perfect blend of flavors, refreshing and decadent. Godiva's ice cream never fails to meet my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves chocolate ice cream.
Although there is a mixed review in this outlet on the service, my visit with my buddy was OK today. Personally, the service to us was acceptable. I'm giving the review based on their ice cream quality and the ambience of the place as the service was acceptable. I'm not going to rate on their service overall. I think that they deserve a 5 star.

Godiva's soft serve was a bit of a letdown. For a brand known for its rich chocolates, the soft serve felt surprisingly watery and lacked that deep, indulgent taste you'd expect. The chocolate flavor wasn’t as bold or luxurious, coming across more as diluted than rich. At its price, it felt underwhelming, definitely not the creamy treat it promises to be. It’s okay for a one-time try, but it doesn’t quite live up to the Godiva name.

My all-time favorite ice cream!
I fell in love with it in 2018 while holidaying at Genting Resort during Lunar New Year, and it remains my top choice to this day.
One minor suggestion: considering Singapore's warm weather, which causes the ice cream to melt quickly, it would be helpful if the staff could provide extra serviettes.
