The hot chocolate was good. However, the tables were too close together. With everyone talking, the sound level can be intimidating. I understand the need to maximize revenue. Perhaps something could be done for those who just want to enjoy a quiet meal or drink.

The cashier, a woman who looked new, gave me the wrong amount of change. I bought a cookie, which was $3.90, and paid with a $10 bill, but when I received the change, it was only $3.10. I know you're new or something, but can't you even do basic math? Luckily, I checked the change and realized it. Otherwise, I would have lost $3 from that woman.

Had the worst experience. Casually asked the female cashier the difference between Americano Coffee and Caffè Americano. The cashier erupted into laughter, telling me they were the same thing. She went on to tell her two other colleagues about it as if I had asked the dumbest question. None of the staff even knew that these two drinks were listed on the menu until I told them to look it up. The laughter from the cashier didn't stop. It became more hysterical, still repeating my question about the difference. I left it at that and ordered my drink. Later, I googled and found out there was a difference. The staff at Starbucks had zero product knowledge and demonstrated zero customer service in answering questions professionally. Hopefully, management sends all their staff for further training. I will be writing to management about my experience today.

Why do people sit at Starbucks and yet not drink any Starbucks products? This area is for customers. It doesn't belong to the Bugis Junction Mall. It is for patrons only. You try sitting at McDonald's not eating anything!

Starbucks' new pistachio vanilla cake is too sweet, but the recommended pistachio latte is a must-drink.

Service is a little slow, but that's probably because they're understaffed and this outlet has high foot traffic. The staff still serve with a smile despite crunch time, and we really appreciated that. There are many outdoor and indoor seats, but it's always crowded.

Great little nook in Bugis. Seating options include outside in the mall courtyard or inside. I had an Americano and a piece of tiramisu. The latter was fantastic. Staff were quick, courteous, and very responsive. It can get very crowded during weekends.

There are new cakes to celebrate SG60. I tried the Choc Chip Wafer one, and it had a cute SG60 bear on it.
The new Muscat Grape Black Tea Jelly Drink is nice too; the grape complements the black tea well.
There's a good collection of items on display for souvenirs too! There are a lot of SG-only designs compared to other outlets!
