The girl at the cashier who wear glasses, wearing earpiece and watching phone during work??? And what's the attitude she shows to customer when customer asking questions??? This is totally unacceptable

Saw a earring I really liked but it was unfortunately chipped. It was the last piece as well. Staff said they couldn't give a discount, hope the management can allow on a case by case basis. Overall the staff were very helpful and not pushy. Update: one side of the earring dislodged after 1 wear. not good quality at all.

Horrible experience. Was here on the 18th march. Senior staff on duty at 5pm shouted at customers "no photos allowed" in a very hostile manner. You dont have to shout. No harm saying it nicely. Need to train your staff a whole lot more.
