Fast and efficient. The iced teh is the same taste as other outlets. Very crowded as and busy as usual. Price of the drink is not that affordable anymore when buying it as a la carte. With set is more worth it.

Ya Kun Kaya Toast never disappoints! The toast is perfectly crispy, generously spread with fragrant kaya and a slice of cold butter that melts just right. The soft-boiled eggs are always cooked to perfection — creamy, warm, and great with a dash of soy sauce and pepper. Pair it with their rich, strong kopi or teh and you’ve got the classic Singaporean breakfast that hits the spot every time. Fast service, consistent quality, and a nostalgic vibe that reminds you of simpler times. Highly recommended whether you’re a local or visiting!

For first time Kaya toast eaters, this location ticked all the boxes for us. Staff were helpful and kind, the food was delish and the coffee was AHHHMAZING. Take a tip from the locals and eat the runny eggs with soy sauce and white pepper… game changer!

Egg, bread, drinks on point. Crew are also rather friendly, polite and fast to take order, prepare food etc. Standard bread toast which suits most people liking. Only downside is the place is rather stuffy and warm. Not sure if the aircon is not working or they turned it off.

One of the best spots in Singapore for breakfast! Their roti bakar and kopi are absolutely delicious. It's a perfect spot to satisfy your roti bakar cravings!
