Account Manager

Gough is partnering with a leading provider in Facilities Management, renowned for delivering integrated, high-performance solutions across commercial and industrial assets. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage service delivery, and lead tender and mobilisation processes that support long-term growth.

The Role:

• Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, building strong, strategic relationships and ensuring services are delivered with consistency, efficiency, and accountability.
• Business Growth & Tender Ownership: Identify new business opportunities, monitor market movements, and lead the preparation and submission of competitive, high-quality FM tender proposals.
• Project Mobilisation & Transition: Oversee the end-to-end mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring a seamless transition from award to operations while aligning internal teams and client expectations.
• Operational Oversight & Financial Management: Manage day-to-day contract performance, lead on-site teams, and ensure each project meets timeline, budget, and service standards—contributing directly to the bottom line.

What You’ll Bring:

• FM Sector Experience: Degree-qualified in Facilities or Estate Management, Building, or a related field, with at least 10 years’ experience in the FM industry.
• Leadership & Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to lead site-based teams and manage complex portfolios with minimal supervision.
• Strategic, Proactive Mindset: You’re commercially aware, process-driven, and confident handling multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
