Job Description & Requirements
Working hours and location:
• 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturday off)
• Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Location: Alexandra (6/25to 8/25) , office will shift to Bugis Junction(9/25 onwards)
Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
• Maintain accurate customer records and fee payment status
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls
• Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Issue invoices and review Payment status
• Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
• Prepare simple reports
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
* ‘Fresh A’ level , diploma or university graduates can apply
• 1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience will be added advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently
• Immediate availability preferred
