E&M Foreman

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate E&M works including electrical systems, mechanical installations, and earthing systems
• Ensure all site activities comply with LTA specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of works
• Maintain and submit to project manager accurate records of site activities, inspections, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with regulations and statutory boards requirements
• Lead and supervise construction team
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
• Conduct quality checks and ensure workmanship meets required standards
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in E&M works, preferably in LTA or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and leadership skills
