As their retail portfolio expands, they are looking for a proactive Assistant Leasing Manager to be responsible for the strata retail portfolio.

THE ROLE

You will play a key role in shaping the success of the centres by securing strategic tenancies, managing lease agreements and supporting asset growth through smart leasing strategies.

Specifically you’ll:

• Lead lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews.
• Develop and execute retail plans and forecasts.
• Drive leasing success by reducing vacancies and managing key tenancies.
• Bring fresh retail concepts and new brands into the centres.
• Building strong relationships with retailers and agents in the market
