Business Development Executive

A leading MNC company is rapidly growing in Asia Pacific is now currently looking for an experienced Business Development Senior Executive.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new clients through business development, marketing, and sales.
• Drive business strategies and tactics that will generate leads, brand visibility, and increase sales.
• Gather market intelligence through market research and competitor analysis.
• Create strategic business development and CRM programs.
• Target potential clients, identify opportunities and build relationships.
• Pitch and present an innovative solution that meet the client's needs, expectations and create real value.
  
• Requirements
• Possess strong background in Real Estate (Workspace, Commercial) in the Asia Pacific is required, Hospitality experience will also be accepted.
• Track record in acquiring enterprise clients.
• Experienced in managing complex sales cycle with B2B selling process to MNC's in the region.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales/BD role.
• Knowledgeable in Workplace market area in APAC is a must.
• Strategic mindset and ability to prioritize multi tasks and deliver timely results.
• Positive mindset with collaborative attitude and with ability to work well with people at all levels.
