Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the financial service operations with a hybrid remote work arrangement.
This is specifically a non-sales position that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of internal process such as compliance, collaboration across departments such as client servicing and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure adherence to MAS regulations
• Support projects and attend off-site meetings with the Supervisor
• Identify and implement areas of improvement to enhance service quality
• Ensure proper documentation and SOPs

Requirements

• Min. Diploma and above preferred
• Candidates without prior experience can be considered
• Good understanding of financial products and MAS regulatory requirements.
• CMFAS certification (e.g., M5 & M9) may be preferred due to the nature of the industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
