EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR

Operational Support & Equipment Coordination

• Coordinate and manage equipment inventory, including tracking, deployment, maintenance schedules, and calibration records within the Point-of-Rental (PoR) system.
• Support engineering and technical teams by ensuring timely setup and availability of equipment for testing and operational needs.
• Collaborate with site teams to align equipment logistics with project requirements, ensuring all equipment is compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

Project Management & System Rollout

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of thePoint-of-Rental (PoR) system implementation across multiple business units.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with regional and global stakeholders.
• Track progress and manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Procurement, Yard and Finance) to ensure system requirements are met.
• Act as the main point of contact with the PoR software for implementation, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Oversee the setup of system parameters, inventory structures, user access rights, and reporting modules.
• Support data migration and validation activities during system go-live.
• Develop user manuals and training materials.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Internship experience in industrial or research settings are a plus.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to innovative projects.
