Our client is seeking a data-driven candidate to lead digital acquisition efforts across Asia Pacific. You'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth through paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI
• Lead paid media campaigns across search, social and programmatic platforms
• Optimize conversion funnels through rigorous A/B testing
• Drive organic growth via comprehensive SEO initiatives
• Utilize analytics to continuously improve campaign performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain brand consistency
• Stay ahead of evolving digital trends across APAC markets

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in performance marketing required, paid media is a must
• Proven track record managing large-scale digital budgets
• Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms
• Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin required
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Self-starter with innovative approach to problem-solving
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with China's digital marketing landscape as well as having experience in multiple countries around Asia required
• Experience with marketing automation tools
