Halal Enforcement Officer

Job Description:

• Manage all food safety & halal matters
• Ensure activities strictly adhere to Halal standards and regulations, including the sourcing of Halal-certified products and services
• Liaise with various stakeholders within the company to ensure products are handled in compliance to food safety and Halal standards
• Manage and maintain all Halal files to ensure up to date compliances
• Conduct regular audit checks in our F&B outlets to ensure cleanliness and compliances to regulations
• Managing the renewal of our food licenses

Requirements:

• Certification in Food Safety & Halal compliance is a plus
• Good command of English (written and spoken) & communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• Require to travel around our F&B outlets in Singapore
