HR Manager

Our client is a Global Company who now seeks a strong and capable candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment from job postings to contract execution
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain staff records database
• Process payroll, verify vendor submissions, and resolve pay queries
• Lead new hire onboarding and employee offboarding programs
• Conduct exit interviews and compile organizational feedback
• Support employee relations matters through investigations and meetings
• Deliver ad hoc projects including policy updates and systems upgrades
• Provide admin help to senior leadership as departmental needs arise
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in HR Management.
• Flexibility to support evolving business needs and work under pressure.
• You must have recently come from large company experience and be familiar with serving high level executives.
• You MUST have a strong Level of English and you must have Chinese as you will be handling operations in Mainland China.
• You should should have valid working rights, no visa sponsorship will be provided.
