Interior Designer, Hospitality

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define design objectives and specifications.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and builders.
• Analyze space usage and flow to enhance design efficiency.
• Prepare sketches and visual aids for presentations.
• Select materials, furnishings, and decor in consultation with stakeholders.
• Utilize design software to develop and finalize detailed plans.
• Deliver project timelines and cost estimates to clients.
• Procure materials while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
• Oversee the implementation and installation of design elements.
• Resolve any post-project issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
• Experience within the Hospitality field is REQUIRED.
• Interior design certification is preferred.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually stunning interior spaces.
• Expertise in visual design and familiarity with construction materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D rendering tools.
• Basic understanding of building codes and regulatory standards.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
