Non Halal kitchen cafe, must be able to handle pork and alcohol.
Physically fit, standing environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Posseses good knowledge of culinary skills, having knowledge of Japanese and French Cuisine is a plus point.
Positive attitude, behavior and lead by example in all aspects.
Scheduling and labor control skills.
Perform Inventory and ordering for outlet.
Basic equipment maintenance knowledge.
Effective communication between all staff within the team.
Responsible for the selection, training, development and discipline of the kitchen personnel.
Train and teach new staff on how to prepare items on the menu according to company standard.
Responsible for maintaining quality of food product and ensuring consistency in food delivery and standards.
Maintain and supervise good housekeeping practices in all areas in the kitchen.
Ensure that the kitchen staff maintains high standard of hygiene.
Assign, coordinate and supervise areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and minimize wastage in food preparation.
Control food cost.
