Leasing Executive (Industrial)

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential tenants, arrange property showings, and manage follow-up interactions.
• Oversee negotiations for new leases, renewals, expansions, and consolidations within assigned property portfolios.
• Convert leads and opportunities into successful agreements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including cross-selling services to clients and their partners.
• Collaborate with asset managers to boost property occupancy and revenue.
• Partner with the marketing team to create and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyze market trends related to commercial space supply and demand.
• Build and maintain strong networks with tenants and real estate agents.
• Conduct regular revenue forecasts by evaluating property portfolios and lease agreements.
• Prepare rental reports, cash flow analyses, and variance assessments.
• Execute transactions to achieve business targets.
• Analyze asset profitability and propose solutions to improve performance while addressing tenant needs.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, or a related field is required.
• CEA RES license is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Business Park/Industrial asset class is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and a collaborative team player.
