Gough Recruitment is excited to partner exclusively with a premier client in their search for an accomplished Senior Leasing Manager. This role is designed for a seasoned leasing professional eager to drive innovative strategies and enhance the performance of a distinguished retail property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute forward-thinking leasing plans with a targeted tenant mix.
• Ensure departmental activities fully comply with policies.
• Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships while swiftly resolving issues.
• Respond to lease inquiries, schedule appointments, and facilitate property viewings.
• Proactively attract new tenants with innovative local and international concepts.
• Lead discussions for new agreements and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Identify new opportunities through detailed analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on competitor data, comparable projects, and tenant sales.
• Develop annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and monthly management reports.

Requirements

A proven background in leasing management, particularly within the retail sector, is essential, along with exceptional negotiation and analytical skills. Ideally you will have worked for a high-end shopping centre.
Applicants must hold a valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Licence.
