Leasing Manager (Retail)

A market-leading real estate group with a diverse and high-performing retail portfolio is seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join their Singapore team.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of leasing activities across prime malls and mixed-use developments. You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping tenant mix, driving occupancy and delivering strong commercial outcomes within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role:
As a key member of the retail leasing team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing leasing strategies across assets in Singapore. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, research, finance and asset management teams to optimise retail performance, attract top-tier brands and deliver a compelling customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute leasing strategies for assigned malls and developments
• Manage new leases, renewals, and reconfiguration of retail spaces to optimise tenant mix and rental yields
• Engage and negotiate with new and existing tenants, managing relationships throughout the leasing lifecycle
• Work closely with marketing and asset teams on positioning, campaigns and branding of the properties
• Identify retail trends and propose strategic changes to maintain competitive edge
• Maintain strong networks with retailers, agents and brokers
• Provide regular leasing performance reports, forecasts and budgets to management

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in retail leasing within a landlord or developer environment
• Proven ability to manage lease negotiations and develop tenant strategies
• Strong market knowledge and existing network of retailers and agents
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Team-oriented, organised and self-motivated
