MANAGING DIRECTOR

Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic advice to the Managers and senior executives.
• Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
• Develop business plans and strategies.
• Advise the board of directors on strategic issues.
• Present reports on the company’s business and performance to the board.
• Motivate and provide leadership to Managers and senior executives.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of related experience
• Proven experience in managing foundation works and civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Experience in operating at a management level on a major project or in a large construction company.
• Spoken and written French would be a definite advantage
