Marketing Manager

Job Description:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:
   Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, increase foot traffic, and support business objectives.
2. Digital Marketing Management:
   Manage all digital channels including social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu), official website, and e-commerce platforms. Plan and implement online marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
3. Content & Visual Creation:
   Oversee creation of promotional content such as photos, videos, and copywriting. Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality visual presentation.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
   Conduct regular market analysis and customer research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Provide insights to optimize offerings and pricing.
5. Event Planning & Execution:
   Plan and manage promotional events, seasonal campaigns, grand openings, and collaborations with partners or influencers.
6. Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis:
   Track key marketing KPIs such as ROI, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration:
   Work closely with operations, kitchen, and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Education:
   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience:
   Minimum 1 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or FMCG industry. Experience in brand building and campaign execution is a must.
3. Skills:
   Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
   Strong skills in content creation, event planning, and campaign management.
   Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools is a plus.
4. Language:
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
5. Personal Attributes:
   Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   Team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
   Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
