Project Manager (Technology)

Lead end-to-end ITSM/ITIL projects, ensuring quality & budget. 5+ yrs exp, PMP/ITIL cert pref. Fluent Eng/Mandarin. SaaS/APM exp req. Our client is looking for a Project Manager, who will oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, quality benchmarks, and financial targets. Your expertise in leading cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and optimizing service delivery—especially for managed endpoints and SaaS solutions—will be critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles (ITSM/ITIL, APM, SaaS) to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and client-aligned delivery
• Track progress, proactively address risks, and resolve issues to uphold timelines and quality
• Partner with stakeholders (clients, technical teams, executives) to define scope and deliver transparent progress updates
• Maintain detailed project documentation (risk registers, change logs, post-implementation reviews)
• Streamline ITSM processes and uncover upsell opportunities alongside sales teams
• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Deploy O&M tools (automation, monitoring, log analysis) to boost operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification (preferred)
• 5+ years of ITSM/ITIL project management in dynamic settings
• Demonstrated success in budget/resource management and multi-project prioritization
• Technical proficiency in ITSM tools, risk mitigation, and forecasting
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities
• Advanced skills in resource/risk management and system implementation
• Experience with APM, SaaS platforms, and system design/requirement analysis
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken) is mandatory as you will be dealing with Chinese partners
