We’re working with a leading Main Contractor in Singapore with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. As their project portfolio grows, we’re seeking a meticulous and committed QA/QC Engineer to uphold and elevate site quality standards.

The Role:

As a QA/QC Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring works are executed to the highest standards. You’ll implement quality control procedures, perform inspections, and work closely with site and project teams to ensure compliance at every stage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on construction activities and materials
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on QA/QC matters
• Manage documentation, including method statements, ITPs, checklists, and NCRs
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Support internal and external audits and drive continual quality improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ QA/QC experience with a main contractor in Singapore
• Strong knowledge of local construction codes and quality standards
• Detail-orientated with good documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with ISO/quality management systems is a plus
