A Singapore-based owner, developer, and operator with an extensive portfolio of retail centres island-wide, including new and upcoming developments.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Retail Leasing Managers or Assistant Managers to join the team at multiple locations across Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the owner, engaging with major retailers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and negotiating new retail lease transactions.
• Driving portfolio value growth through lease renewals.
• Ensuring high occupancy rates at your centres.

About You

We’re seeking candidates with:

• Tertiary qualifications or a Diploma in Real Estate.
• A minimum of three years' relevant retail leasing experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A professional, client-facing demeanour.
