Strategically positioned to capitalize on urbanization trends and demands, they are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Centre Manager with an Operations or Engineering background, combined with extensive experience in Mall Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of a premier shopping mall in Singapore. This leadership position requires strong analytical skills, operational expertise, and a solid grasp of engineering or facilities management to ensure seamless functionality, tenant satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead mall operations, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance, engineering, and facilities management to uphold high-quality standards.
• Manage leasing strategies, with a focus on securing high-value tenants that complement the mall’s positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Conduct regular tenant engagement sessions to review business performance and explore expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and implement the annual Asset Plan, prioritizing value enhancement and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with senior management on mall repositioning, redevelopment, and tenancy mix optimization.
• Work closely with the Asset Management team on financial feasibility and investment reviews.
• Ensure seamless execution of redevelopment projects to achieve the desired market positioning.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail centre management, with a strong Operations or Engineering background.
• Expertise in mall operations, facilities management, and engineering principles.
• Demonstrated success in managing maintenance teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and optimizing tenant mix.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, retail dynamics, and customer experience enhancement.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
