Sales & Education Executive (Cosmetics/Skincare/Beauty/FMCG)

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales and Education Executive to help us build up our business activities. This full-time role involves managing sales activities, developing educational programs, conducting product demonstrations, and providing training to retail partners. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about selling and training beauty, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the company’s sales targets.
• Scout and recruit new retailers.
• Pitch and introduce new products to existing retailers.
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and physical stores.
• Organize and participate in store events to enhance brand visibility.
• Train and lead beauty advisors to meet sales targets.
• Establish strong relationships with store managers through regular store visits.
• Engage in live streaming sessions to promote and sell products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Account Executive / Education Executive in the cosmetics industry, Sephora experience a plus
• Passion for selling & training Beauty in an instore environment
• Position requires a flexible work schedule, including weekends, some evenings, and specific holidays
• Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and able to create and update PPT presentations
