A confidential multinational organization with operations across Southeast Asia is seeking a Regional Senior Business Analyst to support transformation and process enhancement initiatives across its operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China. Reporting directly to the CEO office, this high-impact role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning business process improvements with the organizations long-term objectives through system-driven innovation.

The Challenges

• Stakeholder Engagement & Business AnalysisPartner with stakeholders across four countries to gather requirements, analyze business workflows, and identify operational inefficiencies.
  Translate business needs into system-supported solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.
  
• Process ImprovementMap, assess, and refine business processes across markets, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  Champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable outcomes in cost, quality, and performance.
  
• System Expertise & EnablementServe as the product and system expert, guiding business units on system utilization and enhancements.
  Collaborate with IT and external vendors to design, test, and roll out system solutions that support evolving business needs.
  
• Project ManagementLead or support strategic initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability.
  Deliver high-quality documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

What It Takes

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems/process improvement, preferably in a regional capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and cultures, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
