SENIOR ENGINEER

Job Duties:

• Lead and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders to manage daily operations and expectations
• Conduct field testing and oversee site investigation activities
• Planning of work schedules and site preparation works
• Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager on project milestones and on-site developments

Job Requirement:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management
• Experienced in managing large teams (up to 60 staff) on-site, including night shifts
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Power BI, Excel macros/VBA, and site monitoring tools
• Knowledge of lifting equipment, precast segment handling, and prestressed concrete
