Your Role:

As a Retail Leasing Executive/Senior Executive, you will be responsible for driving tenant occupancy and maximising property revenue for this landmark shopping destination. You will negotiate lease agreements and ensure the mall remains a vibrant and competitive retail hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential retail tenants to fill vacant spaces within the mall
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve targeted occupancy rates
• Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates and leasing terms
• Prepare and present compelling leasing proposals to prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease agreements and rent terms
• Buildand maintain strong relationships with existing tenants

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Real Estate degrees preferred)
• Min 3 years of experience in retail leasing in a shopping mall
• Proven track record in retail leasing, successfully negotiating lease agreements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build lasting relationships
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leasing activities
