Senior Maximo Consultant

• Design, configure, and optimize IBM Maximo implementations, including workflows
• 5+ years' experience in Maximo development (Java/J2EE, SQL/Oracle)
• Collaborate on APAC-wide projects, deliver training, and travel for on-site

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement comprehensive Maximo solutions including system configurations, integrations, and customizations
• Develop and optimize complex workflows, automation processes, and business rules within the Maximo environment
• Lead technical implementations including installations, upgrades, and migrations of Maximo systems
• Design and execute data migration strategies using advanced SQL and database management techniques
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients, conducting knowledge transfer sessions and best practice workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions
• Manage on-site deployments and provide technical support across the APAC region

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo implementations and technical configurations is REQUIRED
• Deep technical proficiency in:
• Maximo application architecture and system administration
• Java/J2EE development frameworks
• Oracle/SQL database programming and optimization
• Integration technologies and API development
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling and business process mapping
• IBM Maximo certification (or commitment to obtain within specified timeframe)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• You MUST have valid working rights in Singapore
