Senior Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify and understand user needs, defining core gameplay mechanics, unique features, and key selling points for game projects.
2. Independently draft requirement documents, ensure smooth implementation of features, and take responsibility for final outcomes.
3. Coordinate work among different teams, including front-end, back-end, design, and testing, ensuring clear task allocation and goals while efficiently driving project progress to ensure timely development and release.
4. Continuously track and evaluate feature performance, propose concrete improvements from an operational perspective, and refine the product through ongoing iterations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Proven experience in full-cycle product development and product operations.
3. Familiarity with the gaming industry; experience with successful overseas game projects is a plus.
4. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to quickly grasp user needs.
5. Independent thinker with a passion for excellence, meticulous attention to product details, and a commitment to high standards.
6. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure RP.
7. Fluency in Chinese for seamless communication, as internal meetings and discussions are conducted in Chinese.
