Requirements

• 15-year leasing experience who's closed large deals with a proven track record
• Experience within Retail/Office leasing is required
• Someone who can recite lease clauses in their sleep but thinks beyond the contract
• Natural connector who turns tenant relationships into strategic partnerships
• Analytical mind that spots trends before they hit industry reports
• Leader who inspires teams to outperform through coaching, not just KPIs
